Zij is gediplomeerd Dru Yoga docent en is eveneens geschoold in Yin Yoga. Daarnaast is zij gecertificeerd Mindfulness-trainer (MBSR) en geef groeps- en individuele Mindfulness-trainingen. Jarenlang verzorgde zij lessen in Heerenveen en Gorredijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DRU YOGA<\/strong>&nbsp;kenmerkt zich door zachte vloeiende bewegingsreeksen, klassieke yogahoudingen, ademhalingsoefeningen, meditatie&nbsp;en ontspanning. De houdingen helpen je spanningen in het lichaam los te laten zodat de energie vrij kan stromen. De oefeningen helpen je de belangrijkste spieren te versterken, waardoor eventuele klachten verminderen of voorkomen kunnen worden. Dru yoga helpt je vitaler en energieker in het leven te staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het resultaat van de yogalessen is dat je lichaam prettig en soepel aanvoelt. Je bent je meer bewust van je lichaam en je leert luisteren naar wat je lichaam echt nodig heeft. Kortom het helpt je dichter bij jezelf te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>YIN YOGA<\/strong>&nbsp;is een langzame zachte vorm van yoga, de houdingen (asana\u2019s) worden voor langere tijd zo veel mogelijk in ontspanning vastgehouden (drie tot vijf minuten). Het bindweefsel wordt langzaam gerekt (ook in de spieren) en gehydrateerd. Op deze manier wordt er ruimte gecre\u00eberd in het bindweefsel en de gewrichten.
